QUALIFICATIONS: • Graduate of any Business course (Management, Business Admin, or Accounting) • At least 6 months work experience in Accounting or Billing and Collection • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel); Working knowledge of relevant software (e.g. Quickbooks) will be appreciated • Must be willing to work in Muntinlupa City JOB DESCRIPTIONS: • Preparation of statement of account • Coordinates with various departments and provide data that may be requested in relation to billing • Preparation of breakdown of account • Updating of collection summary report • Manage account balances to discover outstanding debts or other inconsistencies • Collect all information needed to calculate bills receivable (amounts, discount rates, etc.) • Check the data input in the accounting system to ensure accuracy of final bill • Issue invoices and bills to be sent to clients through various channels (mail, e-mail, etc.) • Issue client account statements periodically or whenever necessary • Receive payments through various methods (cash, checks, online payments, etc.) • Send reminders for payments and contact clients when assigned • Update accounting records with new payments, balances, client information, etc. • Answer questions and handle complaints from clients regarding bills • Report on activity to upper management
